Ink not sticking? Coating peeling off?
On low-surface-energy materials like PP, PE, or certain plastics, ink and adhesive simply won't bond without surface activation first. Surface treatment machines solve this by modifying the material surface before printing or coating — so the ink stays put.
Two technologies:
- Plasma Treatment — Precise surface activation for medical devices, electronics, and specialty packaging
- Corona Treatment — High-speed, cost-effective treatment for food packaging and large-format film production
Both integrate directly into automated production lines.
