Product Description

The RF-M system features excellent serialization capabilities, providing pharmaceutical companies with reliable solutions compliant with the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD). The equipment can generate and print high-resolution data matrix barcodes on packaging, and print multiple lines of human-readable information, such as expiry dates and batch numbers. The RF-M is equipped with a comprehensive inspection and rejection system that automatically removes non-conforming packages, ensuring each package meets ISO/IEC 15415 quality standards.

The RF-M's TIJ thermal inkjet technology offers high-precision, verifiable printing to ensure the clarity and accuracy of pharmaceutical barcodes. The device has a built-in serialization system to transmit unique codes to the printer and inspection camera, and it can integrate with the customer's database system to ensure accurate data traceability. The RF-M supports both friction and shuttle feeding and features a delivery belt conveyor for operators to quickly collect qualified products.
