LeakTEC Pinhole Detection System

Non-Destructive Testing: Specifically designed for non-conductive single-layer materials, the LeakTEC system can accurately detect pinholes as small as 3 microns. Using electrical contact between high-voltage and ground electrodes, it identifies cracks or pinholes in materials and instantly signals defects, ensuring a fully controllable and traceable inspection process.
Wide Range of Applications: Ideal for surface inspection in the medical sector, such as medical tubing, containers, and sheaths. The system automates the detection of microscopic pinholes in extruded films, suitable for precision manufacturing environments.
Comparative Electrode Measurement & Dual-Pole Detection: Each comparative electrode provides an independent signal, ensuring all electrodes operate correctly. The patented dual-pole detection system reduces static interference, enhances detection accuracy, and minimizes material waste.
Injection Molding Applications: The LeakTEC system can inspect single or multiple injection-molded parts, promptly identifying defects, improving production efficiency, and ensuring quality control.

MonTEC Corona Efficiency Monitoring System

Real-Time Monitoring & Data Tracking: Utilizing high-voltage electrodes, the MonTEC system continuously monitors each electrode’s discharge performance, transmitting data to PLC or data logging devices. This system ensures comprehensive control and traceability throughout the production process.

Dyne Test Kit Surface Energy Testing Kit

Testing Principle: The Dyne test uses a "corona pen" to apply test liquid onto the material surface. By observing whether the liquid forms a continuous film or small droplets, the surface energy of the material can be determined. A film that holds for at least 3 seconds indicates that the surface energy meets or exceeds the liquid's rating.
Application of Test Results: Dyne test results allow engineers to quickly assess the surface energy of materials, determine compatibility with adhesives and coatings, and resolve adhesion issues such as poor surface cleanliness or low surface energy.
Various Test Liquids Available: Tantec provides two types of test liquids: one compliant with ISO8296 standards and classified as toxic, and another ethanol and deionized water-based, non-toxic but unsuitable for PP (polypropylene) surfaces.
Range & Specifications: Test liquids cover a range from 30 to 58 mN/m (in 2 mN/m increments), with a 72 mN/m version available, making it suitable for surface energy testing of polymers, films, and other materials, particularly in printing, coating, and adhesive applications.
