Product Description

Suitable for a variety of industrial applications, such as checking bottle cap seals, detecting package product seal integrity, inspecting printed circuit board (PCB) components, confirming correct insertion of components, and classifying packaging marks. This system is equipped with 1/2.8-inch CMOS monochrome and color sensors, featuring a 6.17 mm diagonal and 2.8 µm square pixel design, supporting up to 2 MP resolution and up to 45 Hz image acquisition frequency. The vision system supports various communication protocols (such as TCP/IP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, etc.), easily integrating into existing automation systems.
