Product Introduction

The Standard System is your perfect starting point into professional printing. Welcome to our most compact, cost-effective and easy-to-use industrial printer! The standard system is ideal for you to perform simple printing tasks on a single production line. They combine the printhead and print controller in a rugged aluminum housing. The user-friendly 3-button console allows processing operations, parameter setting and data transfer directly on the system. Triggering printing from the top or side is triggered by an internal sensor. The process is monitored on a separate monitor. Connect them to your local network via Ethernet, WiFi or EIA-232 interface.

X1JET HP Handheld

This lightweight, compact, battery-powered printer can print high-resolution text and images in multiple locations without being stationary on the production line. X1JET HP Stitch

HP Technology Printing System for limited installations

The X1JET Stitch is a self-contained printing system powered by proven HP-class printing technology. Its space-saving electronics are mounted behind the cartridge, which makes installation in tight spaces possible. This input system is particularly useful when multiple printers can print multiple 12.5mm print images simultaneously. Up to 8 X1JET Stitch printheads can be connected in parallel to produce taller print images (up to 100mm). The patented Click'n'Print cartridge holder makes changing cartridges a faster and easier task than ever before. The system's smart card feature identifies the ink cartridge and automatically sets all parameters.

X1JET LX

Stand-alone inkjet system with LX-class printing technology

The X1JET LX is a small, compact and cost-effective printing system featuring LX-class printing technology. It combines the printhead and print controller in a housing made from durable milled and anodized aluminum. The dual-nozzle row print head enables high-resolution printing. Internal memory detects the ink type and stores the ink fill level. X1JET LX has an integrated photo sensor that automatically triggers printing to start.

X1JET MX

Compact and highly regarded piezoelectric printer for printing large images

The X1JET MX is a stand-alone inkjet printer. It is especially suitable for encoding large-scale printed images directly on carton materials in the food and beverage industry, chemical industry, construction industry and other industries. Affordable MX Class piezo inkjet technology prints quickly, accurately and reliably on flat or absorbent surfaces.

The X1JET MX comes in 3 different variants: Compact, Vario and Top. The compact version has a vertically fixed print head. The print head of the Vario version can be rotated to the left up to 90°C for printing on a rising conveyor belt. The top version code goes from above onto the packaging or product. The system uses True Type fonts to print text, logos, barcodes and Data Matrix codes.

Printing with the X1JET MX is easy because of the 3-Logic intuitive operation and LED status lights. Data can be transferred via USB flash drive. Another big advantage is the integrated maintenance station including power supply.

X1JET XR

Inkjet systems with proven XAAR piezo technology

The X1JET XR printer is a stand-alone printing system used to control XR-class piezoelectric print heads. The compact all-in-one system combines the printhead, ink system, maintenance station and control electronics all in one housing. There are three different versions available for different applications: In the compact version, the print head is mounted for horizontal position. For greater flexibility, the Vario version print head can be rotated 90° counterclockwise. The Top version offers maximum flexibility: the print head is connected to the ink system via a 1000 mm long hose.

Oil-based XR 980 ink is ideal for printing on lightly absorbent and water-absorbent product surfaces. Its short drying time also allows optimal printing on painted folding boxes.
